Welcome to Meditat!
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application Meditat ("App") and related meditation and wellness services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the App or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
(1) You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
(2) If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
(3) Certain features may have additional age or regional restrictions.
Meditat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
(1) Reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services;
(2) Use Meditat trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
(1) You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or upload (e.g., meditation notes, progress logs, or feedback).
(2) By submitting content, you grant Meditat a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, display, modify, and distribute it for providing and improving the Services.
(3) Publicly shared content may be used perpetually for promotional purposes.
(1) Content provided by other users or third parties (e.g., guided meditation scripts or community tips) is not endorsed by Meditat.
(2) To report infringing or inappropriate content, contact us at innovatejoyquantum@gmail.com.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described therein.
You agree not to:
(1) Post unlawful, harmful, harassing, or misleading content;
(2) Introduce viruses, malware, or attempt to disrupt Service security;
(3) Use automated tools to scrape or access the Services without authorization;
(4) Engage in any activity that interferes with other users' experience.
To report copyright infringement, send a notice to innovatejoyquantum@gmail.com including:
(1) Proof of ownership;
(2) Description and location of the infringing material;
(3) Your contact information and a statement of good faith.
(1) You are responsible for all activity under your account;
(2) Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access;
(3) Do not create multiple accounts or share your account.
Meditat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services or your access at any time, including for violations of these Terms.
The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Meditat does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or specific wellness outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meditat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and class actions are waived.
(1) We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
(2) If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
